Favorite Artists/Bands: Joe Bonamassa; Led Zeppelin; Gary Moore; Collective Soul; Montrose... just to name a few.

Favorite style of music to play: Blues. I never even listened to the blues till I started to learn about it in session 13, now I'm hopelessly addicted to it. I play it most of the time.

What made you want to play music? Been in love with the guitar since the 60's. I messed around with guitar in college, but quit for 20 years after getting married. I had a friend whose son started to play in '07. That got me thinking that if I wanted to play during this lifetime I had better get started, so I researched the net and found LMG and never looked back. One of the best things I have ever done.

Previous Music Experience: As I mentioned above, I had a couple of lessons back in the 60's, then just played chords with music books mostly, but I still enjoyed it. Never knew anything about scales or soloing. So, when I started LMG, soloing was on my mind.

If the house was on fire, which instrument would you grab? Although I love my two electric guitars, they are pretty new and readily available to replace. My Ovation on the other hand, even though it has a fretboard problem that it probably won't recover from, is my baby and has been with me through thick and thin since I bought it new in 1980. So, I would probably grab that one.

Favorite place to be when playing guitar: I only play at my computer, learning and recording. I know I need to take it outside the home, but I just never seem to get that done.

Most delightful musical moment so far: The high points so far have been the collaboration recordings I have done with other students. That is great fun with great friends.

Hobbies: Guitar, computers, motorcycles, cars and traveling.

Current Job: I am self employed as a network consultant. I have been involved with technology since the 70's. From computers to X-ray equipment, I just love innovations and electronics.
